administrators password

Is there any way to keep members of the administrators
group from changing the THE ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD?
 
No, that would defeat the purpose of being an administrator.
 
By definition Administrators can do anything.
If you want to limit them, make them Limited Accounts.
