Administrator versus Limited count

I was administrator in my computer but i changed to a limited count. Now i
want to be adminstrator like i was to be but i don't find the way.

Log into a user account with administrative privileges. Go to the User
Accounts applet in Control Panel and change your Limited user account to
Computer Administrator.
