How do I tell if I'm logged on as a "User" or the "Administrator" ?
I use "Autologon" through TweakUI.
Also, if I'm just a "User", how would I log on as "Administrator" or create
an "Administrator" account ??

Open tweak ui. Look at the login page. What does it say? User or
Administrator? Then that is who its logging in as.

Change that entry to 'administrator' if you want to log in as administrator.
You can also go into control panel -> user accounts and change your user
account to have admin rights, or you may already be an administrator as
'user'.

You can also turn off the autologin in tweak UI and then you will get
the login screen and can pick the user you want to be.

Your question lacks a bit of reason why you want to do this, hope this
all helps.

A reason ? Strictly for informational purposes.
