Administrator Roam Other Peoples Profiles?

Hi

What we are trying to achieve is on the server we have got D:\Profiles with
our staffs roaming profiles in. This all works....

My telephone rings and I have someone saying that they have exceeded their
space allocation - I need to be able to quickly access their profile and see
what they hve got in it. Windows 2000 Server does not seem to want to let
me do this.

How?
