Administrator question

One of the programs I'm trying to run in Vista gets confused and crashes
whenever it's run under an Administrator account. I have to log out of my
usual Vista account and back in as a Guest in order to use it.

I'd rather stay in my Admin account though, so was wondering if it's
possible to run a program under an Admin account, but tinker with the
settings so it's not being run as an Admin? Maybe under the Security tab?
Thanks in advance for any pointers :)

If you upgraded from XP, did it work okay on there? If so you can try
right-clicking on the .exe file and going into Properties. Choose the
compatibility tab and run the program in compatibility mode for Windows XP
SP2. Just a suggestion. Don't know if it'll work but it's worth a try!
