Administrator Problem.

My Mum was told never to sign in as an administrator, so her account is a
limited one, unfortunately the only account that now has an administrators
account is one called ASPNET, which no one can access, does anyone out there
know how to remedy this?

Presumably you are using XP Home Edition. Boot into Safe Mode and you will
be able to log onto the built-in Administrator account. Which BTW, cannot be
deleted. What has happened is that when the ASP admin account was created,
the built-in Administrator account automatically becomes hidden.
