Administrator Password

I am the only administraor on the
PC. and i have forgotton my password and do not have un password rest disc.
Help, how can I get this fixed.

Hello,

try booting into Safe Mode (press F8 before Windows starts). There, log on
using the standard Adminstrator built-in account and try changing your
password.
