Administrator password in xp home

Purchased a used computer and would like to install word & a typing tutor for
the kids. Have no Idea what the administrator password is. How can I create
a new password or set up new administrator account. I did the alt+ctrl+del
thing with no password and it did not work. Can you help.

Hi

The Admin Account password in XP Home is left blank. To log onto that
account press Ctrl-Alt-Del twice at the Welcome screen.
