Administrator Password Forgotten

I've been asked to solve the problem of how to reset the
administrators password once it's been forgotten, I know
how to do this on an NT PC but not on a 2000 PC.

All ideas welcome.

and not free utilities. They all require total physical access to the

Many thanks, unfortunately the PC is at another site which
makes rather difficult. Methinks user is just going to
have to re-install. Oh well, shouldn't have forgotten the
password then.
