Administrator name change

My sister just got married and being the devoted wife wants to make her
husband the "System Administrator". Yes he is a boss on his job and wants to
run the house the same way. My sister has caved to his demands. My question
is what does it take to change the System Administrator name? Isn't young
love grand!
