administrator can not log on locally

after logged on as administrator took away the right for
administrator to logon locally now administrator can not
logon to the machine.how this can be resolved? please let
me know.

If you are in a domain, move that computer to an OU with policy configured [defined]
to override local settings for the user rights assignments logon locally and deny
logon locally, otherwise see link below for two possible methods. --- Steve
