How is it thta If I'm administrator and create another co
worker of mine administrator that she will beable to
change anything of mine if she wanted too. How is there
a way for you to set my co worker to have administrator
rights but just not access to my profile?

NTFS has to be used before any restrictions can be put in place. Even then,
administrators can access any files on the computer. They may have to
take extra steps to do so but access is within their reach.

If you do not want your co worker to access your files, she should not be
in the administrator group. Or you should use third party tools to lock
your files. Zip files, for example, can usually be protected with a
password. Passwords can be cracked but that's one determined coworker
if they go to those lengths!
