Administrator Account

When i try to install a program an error will pop up and
say that i do not have access to make the configuration
modifications please re run install from adminisrtor
account..but that is what my account is..

Ah, there is a difference between a USER with admin rights, and THE
administrator account.
In Home boot into safe mode and in Pro at the welcome screen, press
Ctl-Alt-Del twice, then log onto THE administrator account.
