I tried what you suggest to me but unfortuinatly this did not work, what else I can do to creat my administrator accont again and manage my files

Do you mean that you could not see the Administrator account in Safe Mode?
Perhaps you are not using XP Home?
I am afraid that I have now reached my limit of knowledge - someone else
help, please.
