When I first setup my computer, I made the
administrator's files private. How can I change the
administrators files to be accessible to everyone?

Sign on as an Administrator to the machine.

Go to the folder you want to modify.
Right click, go to the Security tab and modify the
permissions to allow the extra access.

If that user is an Administrator and is explicitly denied
access then take Ownership of the folder by clicking on
the Advanced button and going to the Owner tab. You will
then be able to change the permissions.

Note if you don't sign on as an Administrator then none
of this will work.
