administrator account questions

i got 2 administrator account, one was a built in
administrator account with a password
and one that i created name matrix with administrator
account/privelege without a password. If i
updated my Microsoft Antispyware with Matrix account will
it also update my Microsoft Antispyware
on the built in Administrator account with password?

My os, Window XP Pro/sp2

Not sure, but I know that AntiSpyware works only under Administrative
priviledges, so I guess it should, but there is a known issue with
supporting multiple accounts and scanning.
