Administrative rights?? Help PLease!

I seem to have lost my administrative rights on my
account in windows 2000 when i was tinkering with my
account settings. So i cant install programs or do much
at all. I was wondering if anybody knows how to restore
my administrative rights if i am currently a "Power
User". Or if anybody knows how to get back the "ADMIN"
Password from when you first installed it that would help
too.
Any help is appreciated
