oK, well, I have a eMachine Vista powered computer, real tidy and everything,
but, the problem is, two programs I've installed, PC Accelerator 2007, and
another program, I forgot, this other installed a Z:/ harddrive thingy, and,
numerous times I've un-installed, and rebooted my computer, I came back and
found them still there, well anyway, I've decided to reset my computer to
factory settings, but the thing is, with Vista, they've removed those
privilages, and I was never provided a password for the real Administrator
account that can do anything, without this, I can't reset, someone please help

Unless you set the password for the built-in Administrator account,
there isn't one. The default is for it to be blank.
