Admin User Setting Taskbar Problem

I have had a number of problems with the Admin User Settings that caused the
malfunctioning of Office applications - see Fixing User Account Settings
4/24/2007. Fortunately Ronaldo provided the solution - I choose his option 2
- thankyou so much!
Another User Setting problem remains - the taskbar does not display running
applications (active or minimized). A fix through resetting the Control
Panel/Appearance/Taskbar settings doesn't work. I've done a REGEDIT
comparison of the settings between a functioning User Acccount and the faulty
one, but I'm not sure what to change. Or is there a simple reset solution
(as Ronaldo) provided above, or something else I can do? Please advise.
