Admin tools wont install on XP Sp1

I'm trying to install ADMINPAK.MSI on a XP SP1 machine.
I'm getting an error saying service pack mismatch. I
looked on technet and found something for machines that
don't have SP1.

I tried installing this even though i have SP1 installed
and it failed. So i'm wondering if anyone knows how i can
install this ADMINPAK?

Hi

Are you sure you are not trying to install the Windows 2000 version or the
Windows Server 2003 beta version of adminpak? Try this one, it should install
on WinXP:
