admin locked the regedit.

after I had change somethings of the
regrdit ............when I want to run regedit.exe it said
that the admin locked the regedit ,even I go to safe
mode ,what can I do ?

maybe you can use a reg file or write a programm that modifies the registry,
the windows rights system is stupid enough so you can usually easily get
around that.
