How do I open up a command prompt with administrative privileges from a
LUA account? Thanks.

Well, I've just created a shortcut on the desktop to the command line,
Properties > Advanced > checked "Run with different credentials," but is
there a way to open up a CLI with admin privileges from Start > Run, or
right-clicking in the Windows shell?
