Admin can not access files

Hi,
I'm an Adminitrator, but i can't access some files and directories. I tried
to change the security permision but its not allow me.
Can any one help me to solve this problem? Thanks forward.

You might need to take ownership of the files and folders first, see this

I recently had this problem in trying to workout some user
profile problems. A handful of folders weren't giving me
access.

I believe I found in the Microsoft KB that by default the
profile folders are given user and System security
permissions, but none to Administrator.

Like has been said though, taking ownership will allow you
to set any permissions you want afterwards.
