ADM of windows 2003 to win2k dc

Hi. I've a only win2k DC and a win2003 ts server on domain.

Is possible to use the win 2003 GPO on win2k dc?

I've tried to load the win2003 system.adm to win2k GP but wen i close it the
gp reload the win2k system.adm file.

any help is apriciated

Yes.

Use the GPMC on the 2003 Server to edti the GPO.
