Adjust slideshow length with the audio file

Trying to create a slide show with some pictures, I have a audio fle which is
of 5min 34 sec (5:34) in length and i have about 45 photos to create a slide
show, i created with some transitions and effects and the slide show length
comes to 5 min 57 sec (5:57), so here 33 seconds i don;t have any audio for
my slideshow, i don't want to put any other audio file in to this project,

Is there any option that WMM can adjust the transition timing and fit the
slideshow length to 5:34?

No there isn't
You would need to manually shorten some or all of the clips until you
achieve the correct length.
I recommend trying Photo Story 3. If you are only working with still images
and audio then PS3 is by far the better program for the job. It offers more
and better transitions as well as far better control over the timing of
those transitions.
