adjust right-click-menu at runtime

I use a custom right-click-menu on a form.
I'd like to hide/unhide individual items on the menu depending on the value
of a form field.
Is that possible or is better to simply make 3 seperate right-click menus
and set the appropirate one as the forms right-click menu, when then
determining form field value changes?

I do have user accounts set up, but this shouldn't matter.
A field on the form can have the value 1, 2 og 3.
Depending on this I want to show or hide elements on the shortcutmenu.
Maybe it's easier just to maintain 3 different menus and activate the
accordingly.
