Adjust Daylight Savings - should option be ticked

I have installed XP with Daylight Savings set to on
I installed Outlook 2000 and there is no tick box by default in Adjust for
Daylight Saving Time
---is this correct or should it have a tick?

Time Zone is UK
 
It should match the one of your system but I don't recall if Outlook 2000
did this by default.
