how do i get a result from a cell which is adjacent to highest Digit?
ie:

C1=3.2
C2=4.1
C3=5.5
C4=9.5
C5=11.5
C6=23.3
C7=1.1
C8=9.3
C9=1.6
C10=4.3
C11=3.2
C12=12.1


now C6 has the Highest Number which is 23.3 that's after using th
formula MAX(C1:C12)

now i need Excel the Give me the Information adjacent to the highes
Cell in Column B
which is suppose to be B
