ADE Error

Trying to turn my .adp into a .ade using Tools/database
utilities/make ADE file from the menu in Access2000 gives
the following error, but no reason why it failed or what I
can do to stop it failing:

"Microsoft Access was unable to make an ADE database."

Does anyone know what is causing this or how to fix it?

We can try to compile and check to see if there is any error in the
project, this usually is caused by code compile error. Also you can refer
