I was using the addusers utility from the win2k resource
kit to create a large amount of users. It works ok, but
the utility doesn't create a logon. I get display name,
first middle last, description, login script, profile
path, but it doesn't populate the logon field under the
account tab. My question is, can the user still logon, if
so, what would they enter in the username field. Is the
logon field for interoperability with NT4? If this is the
case, is there another utility or script that will allow
me to create many users with all the fields populated?
