ADDUSER.VBS for CONTACT IMPORT INTO AD

Good Evenining.

I need to import 500 unique contacts that were extracted
from Exchange 5.5 and I need to import them into Exchange
2000 (Active Directory). We have been trying to use the
addusers.vbs script, but when we do, only one record gets
created and then we receive an error message, "Error line
102, Character 9, "The referral was returned from the
server, code 8007202b". Does anyone have any idea what is
going on? PLease help....
 
Error 8007202b is A referral was returned from the server. which means, that
maybe the LDAP name is wrong as the server found that it is not
authoritative for the domain requested in import data. How did you export
contacts from Ex 5.5 ? You could just go with csvde tool. If you can provide
a line which gives you error I could say more.
