Addressing emails to one of my "Contacts"

When writing a new email, if I click on the "To", or "Cc" boxes, the email
addresses that come up are only the ones located in my "Personal Address
Book". The drop down box located beside "Show names from" only offers me the
option of selecting my "Personal Address Book". Hoe can I re-associate the
"To", "Cc", and "Bcc" boxes to my "Contacts?
 
Follow the outlook menu as under:-

Tools-E-Mail Accounts-View or Change Existing Directories or Address
books-Add-Additional Address Books-Outlook Address Book

You have to click on Next Button on each option, where applicable, after
finishing the above procedure, until you see the finish button, close and
restart outlook and check out, contacts should be displayed in Show names
from drop down.
