Addresses on Envelopes

I have designed a report to print the Recipients address and the Return
address directly onto envelopes. The Return address appears Ok on the top
left hand corner, but the Recipients address does not appear in the middle.
Have tried adjusting the Margins and moving the controls for the Recipient,
but it gets to the stage where the Recipients address does not appear at all
or is cut off.

Roger,
Pretty hard to say without actually seeing the report, but... try
defining an 8.5 x 11.0 normal paper size, "landscape" orientation, and the
smallest margins your printer will handle.
The way my printer feeds envelopes, I use 8.5 by 11 definition, but I
locate the Return and Addressee info down at the bottom of my landscape
page. I feed from the right, face down, flap to the right...
