Addresses in e-mail messages

I regularly get "round robin" messages which have a huge number of addresses,
which often take up much more space than the message. It is frustrating to
have to scroll down before the message can be read, and even more frustrating
to have a page and a half of addresses on any message printed out. Is there a
solution?
 
Hard to say without any information on where you are looking at and which
version of Outlook you are using.
