Address/Lables in Microsoft Office Word 2003

I hade an address book in word to print envelops in the envelopes / Lables
from the tools menu. I got a new computer and it does not work the same. I go
to tools then envelopes / lables and when I click on the address book icon a
message says go to Microsoft Outlook and make it your default client. I think
they are dealing with e-mail. I just want to have an address book that works.
Please take me step by step if possible.

Word uses the Outlook or Exchange address book; it doesn't have one of its
own.

In Outlook...just click Go > Contacts. Then once inside the contact
folder (your adress book in Outlook) click File > New Contact and add
the info you need.

I would also suggest you press the F1 key in Outlook to view the Help
files to read more details, if needed.

Good luck...
