I've recently been recieving failure to deliver notifications from e-mails from my addy, but were not sent by me. They appear to be spam, and some contain attatchments. What can I do to stop this, and to prevent it in the future
any help greatly appreciated, Barry the S.

The most likely answer is that someone who has you in their address book has
a virus, and this is the form it takes when it gets distributed.

How do you stop it? Not likely you can, unless you get everyone to install,
use, and update their antivirus software. While you might be able to
convince friends and family that antivirus software is a good thing, there
are plenty of people who have your address that you don't know -- spammers
for instance.

Just delete them, or create a message rule that blocks the messages.
