From what program to what program? For some programs, you need
to transfer the .wab file, make sure that it is read-write instead of
readonly, and then import it into the new program.

Go back to your old PC, send an e-mail to everyone you want to bring into
your Vista mail, including yourself, then send. Go to the Vista and recieve
this mail, then click REPLY TO ALL, and send...some how this adds all those
addresses to your list of contacts. I don't know why...but it works
