address book

I had to reinstall windows and i lost my address book but i used a a program
to recover the addresss book now I have about 5 address book icons with
different dates and sizes how to I get them to restore when I click on them
the address book opens but its empty

OL doesnt use the Address Book, perhaps post to Outlook Express group, part
of IE groups

Make sure that your Contacts are checked to show as an address book. Display
your folder list in Outlook then right-click on contacts and scroll to
properties. In the Outlook address book tab check the box that tells Outlook
to show the folder as an address book. Let me know if that helps, if not
there are more troubleshooting steps that can be taken.
