How do I transfer my address books from AOL to Outlook Express?

I googled the newsgroups a bit, but didn't find much. I did find this

Gorge,

AOL offers a free download that allows you to export your AOL Address
Book to Outlook. To find out about it, open the AOL Address Book and click
"Help". You can find out about "Intellisync For AOL" there. I suppose that
you can then export it from Outlook to Outlook Express once you have it out
of AOL.
