address book

When I open the address book, (4) columns are displayed- name, e-mail
address, business phone, & home phone.
How can I add a column for fax number? Thanks
 
To which address book might you be referring?
It is not the Outlook Address Book.
Fax numbers appear in the Email Address address column in the Outlook
Address Book.
