Address Book won't load

After downloading MS office Pro Enterprise Edition 2003 I can no longer find
my Address Book for Outlook Express. While in OE I click on add book and I
get an error message saying add book failed to load and OE may need to be
reinstalled. I have tried all the fixes mentioned on several sites and can't
fix it my self.
 
Explain what you mean by "downloading Office 2003." What exactly did you do?
Explain what fixes you tried and what happened.
Explain what this has to do with Outlook.
