Assuming the identity you're using is called Main Identity, that's your full
Address Book. If you enable View | Folders & Groups, are there the other
contacts you want listed in the Shared folder?
To open the default Address Book
Start | Run | (type) WAB | OK; or...
Start | Run | (type) WAB /A | OK
The second command opens the default Address Book in administrator mode,
allowing access to all folders of all Identities.
Click start>All Programs>Accessories>Address Book
You can right-click on it> send to>make a desktop shortcut for it.
