Address book and program error

two queestions. First, is it possible, and if so how do
I, export my address book from one computer to another on
a household network?

Second, I am all of a sudden getting an Outlook.exe
program error if I let Outlook sit open for a while (few
minutes). If I reload Outlook, will that overwrite data
(e.g. My Address Book) or not?
