address bar

I press the View button, Toolbar, Address Bar, and still
there is no address bar. A lot of Search stuff and icons
but no address bar.

Right click on the bar and unlock them. Then move your mouse over the horizontal line until cursor changes to a double arrow and drag down until all the items are shown.
I press the View button, Toolbar, Address Bar, and still
