Right click your Toolbar, make sure that Lock the Toolbars isn't checked, if
it is, left click to uncheck it. Then make sure that Address Bar IS
checked. If it is not, left click Address Bar to put the check there. Make
sure that your web browser is NOT in Full Screen mode. Put your cursor at
the bottom of the bottom most Toolbar and the cursor will turn into a
vertical line with arrowheads at top and bottom. With the left mouse button
depressed, drag down on the bottom of that Toolbar and the Address Bar
should appear.

Right click anywhere in an empty space in the tool bar
area and make sure
"address bar" is checked.
