Click START
Click RUN
Type regedit (without quotes) & press ENTER (the registry editor now opens)
Now, navigate to the above keys & check that the value is 0 (zero)
Go to that main key (user or system) that I mentionioned. In the right-hand
pane, right-click & choose New DWORD value. Type in 'NoAddressBar' (without
quotes) & click out of it. Now, double-click the 'NoAddressBar' & make sure
its 0 (zero), which it should be by default. Close the registry editor &
restart your computer.
User key is for the current user logged on & system key is for every user on
the computer.
This solution isn't guaranteed to work because its really an administration
restriction, but spyware/viruses/adware may manipulate
