Address Bar In 2007

In 2003 version the web toolbar helps quite a lot in knowing the exact
address of the file open. I need a same facility in 2007 version now. How 2
achieve the same?
 
Any word yet on your request Faraz. I also loved that view and can not find
it anywhere. Good luck.
