Address bar hidded

I have gone to the 'view' area of the tool bar and
checked that 'address bar' is checked but I still can't
see the address bar. On the right hand side of the tool
bar there is an address button but it is greayed out. Any
suggestions. I also right clicked the tool bar to verify
that address bar is checked.
 
If you see the smallest piece of the Address Bar (usually the name)
then stretch the Address bar back to a normal size and move it if
necessary. If the Button Bar or some other bar is to the right of it,
you may want to move that to a different position first.

Don't forget to ensure "Lock the Toolbars" is unchecked in
View-Toolbars.

I am on the opposit - Can someone please help me in HIDDING the address bar?
I tried NoAddressBar in the registry but it is still showing!!!
