Address Bar Disappeared

Hi:
The Address Bar right below 'Tool Bar' disappeared. I did try to get it
back by clicking 'View' Address Bar. However, Address Bar is sitting at the
right corner on the top and didn't move to the center of screen.

How to get Address Bar at the center of the top of the screen?

Go back to View>Toobars and uncheck "Lock the toolbars". Then you can move
the Address Bar where you want it.
