I am installing Wondows XP Home Edition in English and need to add a second
langauge (Russian). What do I need to do?
 
You would need to purchase a Russian version of Windows XP
and install it in an available empty drive or partition.

If all you need in the ability to type Russian, go to Control Panel,
Regional and Language Options, and include the Russian keyboard. There will
be a little icon on the taskbar to switch between English and Russian
keyboards.
